 HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE PREMIUM:

  • Purchase any of the listed formats of qualifying Made in Japan-Packaged for the USA and Canada
  • Clip/Cut out the film box's UPC code. The product's UPC Code must contain the phrase Made in Japan-Packaged for the USA and Canada, in English and French, or contain the 74101 prefix numbers. Any other UPC codes will not be eligible for promotions
  • Send completed redemption card and required eligible UPC codes, adding up to the premium of your choice. Make sure to inidcate your premium choice.
  • Submit card with qualifying UPC Codes to:
