TERMS OF USE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Buffalo Photo Imaging provides photographic equipments and supplies to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be
updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at:

2. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself
as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly
update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
3. Ordering
You can call, fax, or submit the online order form. a. CALL - Customers may call (213) 251-1047 to order Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST) and Saturday's 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (PST). b.
FAX - Customers
may fax orders, credit application, and seller's permit to (213) 251-1026. c. Online Order - The Online Order System is for the U.S. Residents Only. Customers may select items online and submit order forms. The Customers
must sign up first to submit their orders online. Not all of the Shipping methods and the payment methods may be available for a new
online customer. However, we will review your account and adjust the options as necessary. Please submit your credit application to be considered for writing checks and terms.
4. Pre-payments Customers should not mail pre-payment on any orders before speaking
to their sales representative or customer service representative and confirming prices, freight and availability.
5. Shipping Normally we ship the same day for orders before 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday-Friday. We ship Via FedEx. However, actual shipping day
may be changed depending on the stock and availability of FedEX. We ship to customers in the U.S.
6. Will Calls 1. Will call hours for Los Angeles warehouse are from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, and 8:30am to 12:30pm Saturday. 2. To reduce waiting
time, please call before Pick-ups and allow 30 MIN. BEFORE picking up.
7. Delivery We deliver to areas in Northern and Southern California and Honolulu, Hawaii, however, we cannot guarantee the free delivery. We generally offer free delivery as below, or we ship out by FedEx.
* From Los Angeles Warehouse Free delivery to area 1 for orders $300 ~ 500 above, depending on total volumes and delivery schedules. Free delivery to area 2 for orders $500 ~ 1000
above, depending on total volumes and delivery schedules. Free delivery to area 3 for orders $500 ~ 3000 above, depending on total volumes and delivery schedules. (Area 1 - Deliver every 1 ~ 3 days: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County) (Area 2 - Deliver every 3 ~ 7 days: Ventura County, San Diego, Bakersfield) (Area 3 - Deliver every 1 ~ 2 weeks: 150+ Miles from Los Angeles Downtown) (Area 4 - Other Areas: Ship by FedEx)
* From Hayward/S.F. Warehouse Free delivery to area 1 for orders $300 ~ 500 above, depending on total volumes and delivery schedules Free delivery to area 2 for orders $500 ~ 1000
above, depending on total volumes and delivery schedules. (Area 1 - Deliver every 1 ~ 3 days: 100- Miles from Hayward) (Area 2 - Deliver every 3 ~ 7 days: 100+ Miles from Hayward) (Area 4 - Other Areas: Ship by FedEx)
8. General Rules 1. Prices are subject to change without notice. 2. We reserve the right to limit or adjust quantities or
refuse orders that do not meet our requirements. 3. 1st Order must be paid in Cash, Cashier's Check or Credit Card. (Will Calls/Phone Orders Only) 4.
Checks may require
prior approval. 5. NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. 6. Net Terms are available
upon credit review, allow up to 30 days for approval. Terms are NET 30 or C.O.D.. 7. Terms can be changed any time depending on credit and the volume of sales. 8. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly
Late Fee. 9. California inter-state transactions are subject to local sales TAX, unless a copy of your seller's permit is provided. (Please provide a copy of your Seller's Permit on first order.) 10. You must pay sales tax without your seller's permit. 11. Sales Taxes are added automatically for non-reselling items. 12. Online sign ups are not mandatory. 13. Online customers must keep their passwords securely. 14. When errors or mistakes are shown online, online customers must immediately request for reviews by phone or email. 15. We reserve the right to limit, hold, or stop the use of accounts for any suspicious acts or due to technical problems. 16. Online Service is available for the U.S. residents only.
9. Returns, Shortages, or Damages 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
